Having worked in the Financial Industry for over twenty years, I have had the opportunity to develop and demonstrate the required skills to build a positive and productive relationship with stakeholders, leaders and vendors. Academically, I have obtained a Master’s of Education (Adult Education and Community Development) and post-graduate certificate in Instructing Adults and Project Management. Through my education, I have been able to further develop skills in instructional design, learning consultation, learning leadership, needs analysis and project management. Now as a learning leader (Senior Manager, Learning & Design), applying my knowledge at a high level of excellence has allowed me to excel in integrating best-in-class learning research and technology with practical in-field application. With that, I am now focusing on amalgamating all three areas to build stronger and more efficient learning design teams within BMO Wealth Management.
