I am passionate about measuring and seeing these metrics grow week after week at the same time that tech teams become empowered, becomes more agile and connect more with the purpose that drives company growth. As co-founder and CMO of Silabuz, an Edtech focused on growing the technological skills of professionals in Latin America, my main role is to tell our story, empower our team and interconnect the work of the different areas with the purpose of growing as a company. . The ''north star'' of my career has been doing things that have an impact. The first 15 years that meant for me being a journalist and working for print media, radio and television, always focused on the effect that what I communicated had on my audience or seeking to grow in reach. When I felt that there was more to do in other areas, I found in technology education a very powerful tool that could offer me a real opportunity to scale in impact. I firmly believe in the power of education, especially with technology, to transform and improve people's lives and give access to better opportunities in Latin America. I am eternally curious, I find an opportunity for transversal learning in all the experiences of my life. I always offer my support, especially when it comes to helping others connect with their purpose, ignite their motivation, and connect with the courage to go for what they want. And I have a severe obsession with digitizing everything and turning it into a scalable process that shows tangible results. I come from a very close family and try to replicate those with my daughter and husband. I enjoy the company of positive people with crazy dreams. It inspires me to learn from other cultures and realities, and in general I am a very active person who has recently found a new way to connect with his body through yoga and meditation.
