I work directly with L&D and HR leaders on the HV team here at 360Learning, the world's first Collaborative Learning platform. We work alongside companies big & small to create, ship & improve courses together through the power of upskilling and Collaborative Learning. I'm passionate about our field of I/O Psychology and strive to simplify complex, multi-level organizational issues and incorporate academic theory into applied practice. I'm experienced in developing training programs and training new hires, organizational design/development, and leadership development/collaborative innovation.
