🔆 What does cosmetics have to do with meditation? One is about self-optimization and the other is about self-acceptance. A clear contradiction? For me personally, there are many parallels. Cosmetic treatments are about feeling better in one's body in order to radiate beauty from within. Meditation is about being mindful of yourself and your body. So both are determined by the factor ''selfcare''. I try to incorporate this insight into my daily thinking and therefore pursue a holistic cosmetic approach as part of my job. It is important for me to sell not only products but solutions and to activate our customers for a sustainable and conscious lifestyle.
