Myra is a successful technologist, public speaker, author, and TEDx speaker. Many regard her as the go-to expert on emerging technologies. She is a leader in digital transformation who pushes for change in higher education. She does this by organizing around technical skill competencies to expand a global standard and promote diversity and inclusion, developing methods for different types of academic programs that can be used on a large scale around the world, and managing projects across the world's largest educational network. Myra has spoken on a variety of topics throughout the course of her decade-long career as a public speaker, including curation, augmented and virtual reality, voice, artificial intelligence, and design thinking. She has a natural capacity to break down complex ideas and issues into their constituent elements, making them easier to comprehend. She brings a unique mix of technical, business, and learning experience innovation to the world of adult education and skill development. Myra has a BS in Information Systems as well as an Masters of Education, and an MBA. She has a special place in her heart for communities that have historically been excluded from the dialogue when it comes to assisting people and raising their own expectations of what they are capable of.
