I am the Chief Analytics Officer for Woolworths Group, responsible for creating and managing the advanced analytics agenda for the largest retailer in Australia-New Zealand and a top 20 retailer globally. I am also the Managing Director of wiq, a business created through a partnership between Woolworths and leading data science business Quantium. wiq’s purpose is to unlock the power of data to reimagine retail. We aim to create world-class advanced analytics solutions that are proven at Woolworths and made available to other retailers globally. Prior to this role, I was a Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). I spent 20 years with BCG across Asia, North America and Australia. My last role was leading BCG’s Consumer Practice (including Retail, Fashion & Luxury, Consumer Products and Travel & Tourism) across Asia-Pacific.
