An accomplished and experienced education professional with a proven track-record of providing strategic and operational leadership, in line with organisational vision, mission and aims to deliver coherent, effective and impactful change. During my career, in the education and charity sectors, I have built up significant experience of working across complex, multi-site organisations and managing a broad portfolio of work balancing a number of projects of strategic importance, which have secured buy-in and financial support from top level decision makers. I have been recognised as a leader in my field, awarded the UKeiG Early Career Award celebrating individuals who have been particularly inspirational or enterprising in their role (2015) and more recently, I was shortlisted for the 2020 Digital Leader of the Year award, recognising individuals who stand out for their role in the transformation of their sector. I highly value professional development opportunities, recognising the benefits of a strong network and have sought out opportunities to collaborate with colleagues from around the world. I am a self-starter, demanding high standards of myself and encouraging them in others. I am not deterred by the messiness of projects, am willing to give things a go, to get stuck, to lead by example and to learn alongside my team to get the job done.
