I make learning as easy and accessible as possible. I'm a Knowles gal at heart and focus my attention on the learner's experience - what's in it for them, how will they use the information, is the learning solution offered in bite-sized pieces, etc. I am keen on gathering and assessing the right data that will help define and refine learning solutions for the adult learner. I love learning about advancements in the talent development field and am realistic about finding ways to adapt new theories and ideas while leveraging existing tools and capabilities. I bring a lifetime of world traveling and more than 20 years of learning & development experience to the table to help meet learners' needs across a wide array of cultures and disciplines. I've successfully raised kids, dogs, and tomatoes - which is to say I lead with patience and pragmatism plus a healthy dose of self-effacing humor.
