I'm a strong believer that companies’ success comes from their human capital. Therefore, my role is to enable people and businesses to grow together. In the beginning of 2018, I was invited to build up the MAN Digital Hub in Lisbon from scratch, which has been both an exciting challenge and a privilege to contribute to the creation of a startup-like organization and a new mobility paradigm within a big corporation. Working in a multicultural environment is for me very natural. I'm always eager to explore and get in touch with new cultures, so up until now I have traveled through 25 different countries.
