Confidently, I can say that professionally I was made to do what I am doing. I am fortunate to have had 15 fantastic years of operations experience heavily focused on ecommerce, logistics/supply chain and transportation. A builder at heart with an entrepreneurial spirit, I have a proven track record of building successful programs, products and teams from scratch. Ambiguity and solving really big problems is what I revel in which is apparent by my energy and charisma in this business! With a ‘people-first’ leadership style, I have a reputation of leading teams that are able to work together towards the same goal and are successful in achieving results. I am creative in my means of motivating individuals and impacting key metrics while staying close to my operations backbone focusing on scale, efficiency and cost. Lastly, I enjoy disrupting the status quo, being bold while doing so and getting it right for the customer.
