I'm looking for a leadership role in Learning and Development. I recently defended my Ph.D. in Workforce Education and Development at Penn State. My dissertation topic was onboarding. I am a qualitative researcher. I have a B.A. in Journalism and a M.S. in Workforce Education and Development. I left a 25-year career in marcomm to focus on my passion: talent development. Over the years, I have also been trainer/facilitator with the University’s Center for Workplace Learning and Performance, Outreach and other organizations. I am a member of ATD, Toastmasters International, and a Distinguished Toastmaster. I served as co-chair of the Penn State Commission for Women in 2015–16.
