I enjoy the challenge of finding, structuring and presenting economic evidence that supports market definition, regulatory remedies, competition enforcement, policy and impact assessment. Track record as economic expert in litigation. Served as lead economics expert (and cross-examination witness) in the UK Competition Appeals Tribunal appeal of Ofcom's business connectivity telecoms decision (BCMR) - appeal leading to overturning the decision. Through my professional experience within economic consultancies and Ofcom – as well as my PhD (advisor: Prof. Tommaso Valletti) – I have mastered strong expertise in both quantitative and qualitative economic techniques and a deep knowledge of the communications and delivery industries, while developing a positive interpersonal style and the ability to develop persuasive economic analysis working as a team.
