I am an international senior executive with extensive experience of step-changing business results within multinational as well as private equity and family owned brands, and have a track record of success in turning around companies, reshaping business strategies, building top-performing organizations and leading comprehensive change management programs. Over the past decade, I have served in leadership roles across multiple companies, categories and retail channels in developed and emerging markets. I am currently serving as CEO at illycaffè and as member of the Board of Directors at EssilorLuxottica and Fincantieri. I strongly believe in meritocracy, diversity and corporate social responsability as cornerstones for growth at both company level, as well as for society as a whole.
