I am a Chartered Legal Executive and Partner at Devonshires, where I am head of housing management and property litigation, acting for Local Authorities, Private Registered Providers, Care and Support Providers and private landlords. I specialise in complex litigation and advising in respect of housing policy and practice. I have specialist knowledge of mental health, capacity and safeguarding and advise housing and care providers on a broad scope of issues relating to the management and occupation of sheltered and supported accommodation and care homes. I also advise on regulatory issues relating to both housing and care. I have a particular interest in delivering social value.
