Ten years experience in marketing and digital business. Proudly part of Alpenite and ARSENALIA team, reference group in Digital Transformation, eCommerce and Customer Experience Management consultancy. After accomplishing the International Management studies with first-class honors, I started my career in the digital agencies business, supporting global firms and Italian excellences in developing their strategies. Between 2017-19 I led the evolution of LAGO's digital experience, omnichannel & CRM strategy - reference brand in design furnishings. Today I act both as Digital Advisor for key clients, and as Business Development and Marketing leader in Alpenite. Omnichannel retail, e-commerce, customer experience and engagement, CRM and digital transformation are the main challenges I deal with daily, supporting and advising international companies in their improvements and growth. Broad business and corporate vision, strong focus on strategic objectives, relationship development attitude, team engagement and leadership capabilities, have allowed me to successfully impact in companies' and customers' results. I actively cooperate with universities and management faculties for the development of innovative teaching projects and synergies with firms, bringing my experiences to the students as guest lecturer and project works mentor.
