As a general manager and senior product executive with 20+ years of experience and an entrepreneurial drive, I am open-minded, curious, and constantly learning, to expand my perspective. As a transformational leader, I am not afraid to challenge the status quo. I move things forward by delivering solutions at scale that create significant value for customers and the business. I enjoy developing a mission that inspires, laying out a practical strategy and making it happen with bias to action and operational excellence. Leadership is all about people. Thus, I enjoy building diverse high performing teams that are empowered and complement each other so that the sum is greater than the parts. As an analytical, data driven leader, I believe the best idea wins – no matter who the originator happens to be. I foster talent through constant mentoring, coaching and empowering teams to get things done. Being an Engineer by heart, I enjoy simplifying complexity and finding easy solutions for hard problems. As a customer-centric leader, I get inspired by customer interactions and their direct feedback which allows me to see the world through their eyes. This helps me to understand if a solution meets their needs and if there is a good market fit. My experience in leading product and go-to-market teams also allows me to create a strong bridge between Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing to drive commercial and customer success at a global scale. I have worked, operated, and led successfully in a great variety of different environments, cultural settings and roles.
