Gaurav Kale is a seasoned professional with a background in Packaging. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Blekinge Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Packaging from Michigan State University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from the University of Pune. He has over a decade of experience in the packaging industry, including serving as Director of Packaging Engineering for Blue Apron, where he is responsible for the strategy, design, and engineering of the packaging used in their products. He has previously held senior management positions at Blue Apron and Chiquita/Fresh Express, as well as consulting for Equity Packaging. Gaurav is also an accomplished researcher, author, and patent holder in the field of packaging, with a focus on biodegradable and compostable materials. He has published several articles and book chapters on the topic, accomplished award-winning work, as well as holding patents for designs.
