I am an experienced Executive Director with over 20 years’ experience in the housing, care and support sector. My career to date has spanned across a variety of senior operational roles, while recently I’ve specialised in Housing and Asset management and now lead the property and landlord services functions at Look Ahead. With strong leadership skills, I bring strategic awareness and respected interpersonal skills to all areas of the business, from Board level to front line. I enjoy working alongside so many different people who show relentless energy and enthusiasm in supporting our customers to make changes in their lives. A qualified social worker, I also have a post graduate leadership certificate in Leadership in Housing and Homelessness from the London Housing Foundation. My expertise is in housing, homelessness, drugs misuse, landlord compliance, health and safety, quality control and coaching and volunteer management.
