I have a strong track record of tangible success in the oversight and delivery of high quality business critical services and transformational change programmes which have delivered improved outcomes for people whilst achieving financial and productivity efficiency gains. As an evolved leader with significant experience in senior leadership and non-executive roles I am experienced at supporting the delivery of quality services across multiple sites and managing large dispersed staff teams. I have extensive experience operating in highly regulated environments and of applying expert knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework within which we operate, making risk based decision as well as developing an implementing communications strategies.
