I build relationships that drive customer happiness and explosive revenue growth. I see the possibilities, understand the connections and pathways needed to get there, communicate those ideas to build a passionate team united around a vision, and drive change toward that success. I have led scalable growth by redefining the basics, building better systems, and, most importantly, creating a culture that celebrates individuals for who they are and who they want to be. Since 2008, I have been leading organizational change by investing in the company's most important asset, our employees. My earliest leaders showed me that caring about your people leads to the best possible outcomes, and that enabling, supporting, and leading with empathy far outweigh any strategic plan I developed in a board room. Without my team, those plans would never have seen fruition. In 2019, being t-boned on a motorcycle nearly ended everything. Learning how to walk again, recovering from a mild traumatic brain injury, and choosing to pivot to SaaS was the start of a new journey. I have helped take Go1 to double unicorn status as an influential driver of how we work with our partners and customers to achieve shared success.
