From the first time I was exposed to the internet ('92-ish), I knew it would change everything, forever - and I wanted to be part of it. I was a 'futurist' before it was a thing! For 20+ years I’ve had the privilege of helping organisations architect exciting, compelling, differentiated, integrated and technically sound digital shopping & brand engagement experiences. As a digital native with deep omni-channel commerce expertise I love what I do. I help brands achieve their goals through operational excellence with solutions that encompasses teams, business goals, systems, processes, tech and integration/automation. After many years in eCommerce, I realised that most consultants and agencies target 'sexy' retail brands and B2B/DTC brands get short shrift as a result. I started Greenwood Consulting to address this imbalance by focusing on B2B & DTC eCommerce.
