I am a passionate and driven leader, with a proven track record of success in business and technology commercialisation. I have been fortunate to have a career with amazing companies and teams, delivering high impact results in executive management, strategy, technical engineering, sales and operations roles. In my current role, I am COO of a disruptive, early-stage start-up seeking to create a paradigm shift in quantum computing. Previously, I led an internal startup for Analog Devices and built a multi-disiplinary team making the promise of the Internet of Things (IoT) a reality, using cutting-edge sensors and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to save factory-owners millions of dollars in unplanned downtime. Previously, I opened and led an International Headquarters for Hittite Microwave, a $250M-revenue Nasdaq-traded technology company, and was part of the global executive management team that led to the sale of Hittite to Analog Devices in the 2nd largest semiconductor acquisition by P/E multiple in the previous 10 years. I love building - building strategies, teams, solutions or relationships. I have been lucky to experience the magic of getting highly talented people in the right roles and seeing the hugely impactful outcomes. I am passionate about lifelong learning, having achieved three traditional classroom Degrees, as well partaking in an MIT senior leader program and continually taking online courses in topics as diverse as machine learning, coding, entrepreneurship, high performance mindset training, biology or longevity.
