Bio

I was a kid who loved legos more than dolls, alphabetized her many books, played competitive tennis, and loved to organize and problem solve. I studied to be an IO psychologist and have had an untraditional career path. I started as a behavioral psychologist studying unethical and counterterrorist behavior, then moved to evaluating the results of leadership interventions. From there, I moved into consulting to be part of the design and solution, and then into sales and operational leadership to be part of the entire customer lifecycle. I currently serve on the Executive Leadership Team at DDI and am accountable for DDI's US operation, while working to build a global customer success strategy.
