For almost fifteen years, Jenn has provided high-impact and high-value solutions across a range of disciplines. She has an extensive background in developing and facilitating content in leadership skills, team dynamics, and many other topics. Jenn has helped individuals achieve greater potential through classroom training and workshops, mentoring programs, coaching, eLearning, on-the-job targeted development, and individual development plans.She partners with each client to uncover the business needs, constraints and expected outcomes before customizing solutions to their unique audience. She facilitates topics such as Relationship-Driven Leadership, DISC and team communication, presentation design, project management, change management, coaching for performance, and developing employees. She is also passionate about partnering with internal learning & development professionals to increase their expertise and impact. Jenn is the author of Real World Training Design and co-author of Balancing Time, Quality and Expectations in the ASTD Handbook 2nd Edition, and many white papers and articles. Jenn has had the opportunity to present to a diverse spectrum of audiences on these topics. Jenn has her MA in Instructional Systems Design and long list of other credentials (see bio.) Besides Talent Development, Jenn is passionate about scuba diving, the environment, and spending time with family.
