I am an Executive Coach and Mentor, providing a safe space to support and challenge leaders at any stage in their career, through targeted conversations to help both themselves and their business. I head up the Proptech Innovation Network (PIN) - the only dedicated network focused on Proptech solutions for social housing and the Intelligent Automation Network (IAN), looking at how social housing can use and embed Artifical Intelligence and Intelligent Automation/ RPA. PIN and IAN are part of the Disruptive Innovators Network (DIN), where I am Associate Director. We enable members to make sense of disruption, be more innovative and grab the opportunities, allowing them to maximise their social impact within social housing. With 30 years' experience in service improvement and digital transformation in several sectors, I also provide consultancy, interim support or strategic advise to Executive and Boards. Often described as a critical friend, I provide confidence and guidance to enable an organisation to successfully deliver its strategic agenda. I've spent the last 20 years in and around social housing working as a client, contractor, manufacturer, developer and consultant. I am Non Executive Director at Aspire Housing Group.
