As a sales leader in the IT industry, I have a passion for building dynamic teams, solving problems for customers with the help of the world's best partners and consistently setting a high bar for success. I'm motivated to better appreciate the business challenges of our customers and help them understand how IT solutions can help grow their business.

With responsibility for the corporate sales organization for the US, I work closely with our leaders to empower and equip our sales teams to understand our customer's business challenges in order to engage world-class technical resources to meet their needs and solve their problems.

My success has been founded in my ability to develop and maintain relationships — with our customers, partners, and coworkers. I set high expectations for success, walking alongside team members to enable their development that ultimately benefits our customers and our business. I'm constantly identifying opportunities for growth that will position CDW as the technology leader now and for the future.

Born and raised in Chicago, my husband and I have three grown children. We love cheering on our favorite sports teams and traveling together. I'm passionate about providing opportunities for underprivileged youth, championing diversity in the workplace and supporting sustainability initiatives.
