I am a globally renowned psychometrician, writer, speaker, and executive consultant on leadership, feedback, and individual and organizational change. My main role is as President of Zenger Folkman. The unique surveys and assessments I’ve designed utilize a database comprised of over a million assessments on over 100,000+ leaders. Our clients include several Fortune100 firms, and the diversity of industries and business models has provided me with a powerful learning opportunity and an exceptional research base. WRITING I’ve authored or co-authored eleven books on leadership and feedback. My latest book, The Trifecta of Trust: The Proven Formula for Building and Restoring Trust, comes out on June 7, 2022. In addition, my writings and research have been featured frequently in several publications, including The Harvard Business Review, Forbes, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal’s National Business Employment Weekly, Training and Development Magazine, and Talent Quarterly.
