➲ 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 🌱 The past 3 years I’ve been putting a concept for emission free parcel delivery in Urban areas into practice. The way it was set up was unique at that time. Bridging a cooperation between industry last mile logistics leaders, the (local) government and locals (inhabitants as merchants) produced a vast amount of applicable insights that can be put at work for cities all over the world, since the benefits for the city are astonishing and verified by the University of Brussels (VUB-MOBI) ➫ https://mobi.research.vub.be/en/successful-mechelen-ecozone-pilot-project-bpost-delivers-letters-and-parcels-emission-free The project won the 🌍 Environmental Achievement of the Year award (2021) and is featured in the World Economic Forum’s toolbox for decarbonising Urban Ecosystems. ➫ https://press.bpost.be/bpost-wins-the-environmental-achievement-of-the-year-award-at-the-parcel-and-postal-technology-international-awards-2021 ➫ https://www.nzcctoolbox.org/recommended-solution-details/879/Mechelen If you’re looking for inspiration, help on implementing or just getting started: 👐 feel free to contact me. ➲ 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 🦋 The experience I’ve built in setting up innovation and transformation projects for small, medium sized and bigger organisations spreads across different sectors. They do have one thing in common: it’s about getting into the right mindset. Therefore I’ve developed an easy to implement framework called the ''𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙝 𝙏𝙤 𝙔𝙚𝙨 '' that guides you through a step by step approach during the whole innovation/ transformation process. It’s been field-tested and successfully used by different experts and companies. If you want to know more: 👐 give me a call or connect here.
