As CTO and technical force behind Workhuman (formerly Globoforce) for the past 20 years, I have evolved Workhuman's technology to become the world’s leading HR technology provider of employee recognition and human application solutions, resulting in many industry awards. Six million employees of Fortune 500 companies use Workhuman Cloud® solutions. I direct all IT architecture, systems and client implementation initiatives at Workhuman, and I lead a dynamic and innovative technical team in Dublin, Ireland and the US. Prior to Workhuman, I gained more than a decade of international experience in IT management and held consulting roles for technology companies such as Versatel (Netherlands) and Esat Telecom (now BT).
