Joseph is a seasoned Telecoms and Mobile Financial Services/digital payments leader with over 11 years of experience covering strategy, channel development, sales and general management. Joseph has over the years developed a reputation for exceptional leadership and his ability to guide MNOs to develop an effective channel for their Mobile Money services. Joseph’s rich experience in working with MNOs in East and West Africa has shaped his unique leadership style and consistency in delivering superior results irrespective of the environment. Over the period Joseph has for the last 2 years been helping and advising the leadership of MNOs such as MTN, Airtel and Zeepay on Mobile Financial Services, giving him a unique blend and depth of experience. Currently leading the expansion of OPay across Africa. Joseph holds an MBA in Finance from University of Ghana Business School and a BSc in Agricultural Economics. He is a family man and football (Soccer) person in his spare time.
