Career Highlights and Favorite Moments: - Saving the planet one roof at a time, as the Sr. Trainer, Talent Development at Sunrun! - Global Training Delivery Director for Netscape and then iPlanet, an alliance of Netscape, Sun and AOL formed to build e-commerce infrastructure solutions. Grew the training delivery capacity from 4 employee trainers to 120 authorized trainers worldwide. (What a ride that was, the best time of my life, and we did change the world!) - Passionate about Identity and Access Management and involved in the establishment of the Identity Ecosystem Steering Group (IDESG) a response to the National Strategy for Trusted Identity in Cyberspace (NSTIC) - One of the founders of Silicon Reef, one of the first Web development companies, rated as one of the best in the U.S. in the late 1990s. - Opening of Euro Disney, as a software trainer and project manager for Hotel Information Systems traveled the world opening hotels the highlight being the opening of Euro Disney! - An ordained New Thought Minister with the Centers for Spiritual Living with a passion for interfaith work creating understanding between individuals and creating environments for collaboration among diverse populations.
