Over 20 years experience in the domestic abuse sector, frontline support with survivors, setting up & establishing new projects & services. Working operationally & strategically to support collaborative working between agencies to improve the Coordinated Community Response to domestic abuse. Experience in creation & delivery of training, stakeholder engagement & relationship building. Worked with Ofsted to train inspectors in preperation for JTAI inspections supporting final reporting. Worked with HMIC (before joined with Fire & Rescue) as Peer Inspector of forces Training MARAC Chairs & representatives Project lead in two sites for One Front Door Model Working with housing providers & local authorities to improve response to domestic abuse as part of the CCR
