Bio

Justin is a technologist working on a wide variety of projects and problems throughout the internet. He is the author of OAuth in Action (https://www.manning.com/books/oauth-2-in-action) along with Antonio Sanso. Justin founded Bespoke Engineering, a technical consultancy focusing on internet security, and is the editor of several security standards (including RFC7591, RFC7592, and RFC7662) and has contributed to dozens of others. He previously spent 15 years at the MITRE Corporation contributing to a many different efforts. He contributes to open source implementations, such as the MITREid Connect project which he founded and continues to maintain. He has experience building software in a wide variety of languages and platforms, from Java to Python to PHP to JavaScript and beyond. He has been invited to speak and present at conferences around the world on a variety of topics, from security to game design.
