I am a strategic and innovative HR Executive who translates business objectives into HR initiatives while considering EBITDA. With global experience in over 11 countries, I am a proven leader who specializes in mergers and acquisitions while demonstrating a high level of emotional intelligence that is balanced with a pragmatic approach to finance and accounting. I am genuine, and I thrive on the challenge of keeping the “human” in “human resources” while proving how a professional team can drive company performance. I am skilled in every aspect of HR by making deliberate career moves to grow my knowledge base in Benefits, Labor Relations, Worker's Compensation and Risk Management, Employee Handbooks, Coaching, Deferred Compensation, Recruiting and Staffing, Talent Development, HRIS Systems and Design, Payroll, International Employment and Benefits. I hold an MBA in Finance and Accounting, along with a Bachelors in Business with a focus on Entrepreneurship. Giving back to the Community is important to me. I loved the years served as VP Programs and President for South Brevard SHRM, Chair of the Human Resources Advisory Council for ICUBA, a MEWA headquartered in Orlando, FL. I also teach Essentials of Management as an Adjunct Professor at Florida Tech, and routinely Guest Speak for their School of Business.
