Bio

Drawing on extensive management experience with large multinational companies across many industries, I design and implement strategic talent and organizational development solutions that engage people at all levels. As a business partner consultant and internationally-certified executive coach, I lead sessions on leadership, team building, communication, emotional and cultural intelligence, and other core topics. Additionally, as a researcher and speaker, I’m frequently invited to present at national and international conferences, including my recognized work on intercultural communication on global virtual/hybrid teams. I also share insights within my community as university faculty and a board member. Leveraging my diverse perspectives, I guide clients to solve their communication puzzles by navigating the complexities of collaboration across boundaries.
