10 year of eCommerce experience in both Canada and Pakistan in different leadership roles in Product, Project Management, Business Development, Operations, Growth, Customer and Seller Experience, Localization, Incubation, Marketing and startups. I have completed my bachelors from University of Toronto and soon after which I joined Demac Media where I was managing various e-commerce projects and multi million dollar company profiles. After that I returned back Pakistan, and was offered an opportunity to lead the Demac Media division in Pakistan. I was able to set up the office in Karachi and lead and manage the offshore offices end to end. I joined Daraz in 2018 as Director Business development where I was leading a team that focused on establishing various new ventures such as Daraz Shops & Hubs, Daraz Pick up points, dFresh, Express Delivery and more. I led the expansion of Daraz all over Pakistan through our Localization model especially in cities where the use of e-commerce is a developing yet exciting idea to many. Currently I am working as Chief Customer Officer - Daraz Pakistan and leading the Customer and Seller experience team.
