I'm an experienced Portfolio and Digital Learning Director with a demonstrated history of working in digital education. I'm passionate about creating impactful, efficacious learning experiences. I'm skilled in portfolio strategy and development having led portfolio and product roadmaps for global markets. My experience also includes needs analysis and business case creation as well as content and learning design development. I currently lead the workstream responsible for the technology and enabling services that support the learning experience. I also have significant experience of fostering commercial opportunities and relationships and leading business development. I have over fifteen years experience of recruiting, developing, and leading international teams, including remote management and cross-functional leadership. I'm currently completing an MSc in Digital Education and enjoying the opportunity to critique and explore learning theory as well as strategy and delivery.
