I have worked in Digital, eCommerce, Technology, R&D and Innovation areas for more than 20 years, ultimately gaining experience in Disruptive Technologies, Startup Partnerships and Incubation, Technology and Digital transformation and Mergers & Acquisitions at a variety of levels.
As a CIO, I always took pride in using technology to leverage the business, reducing costs and at same bringing new capabilities and stronger reliability to the business.
In Technology Disruption and Innovation, I always believed on focusing on Consumer/Users Problems first and not in the technology. Knowing well the consumer and her needs will always guide to the right technology and disruption opportunities. Using Lean Product Development approach, we are able to iterate and test solutions with Consumers in a very fast pace, many times launching product MVPs in 6 months.
