I'm LeeAnn Mallorie, CEO of Guts & Grace Leadership and sister firm Leading in Motion. I help fast growing, purpose driven companies unlock the hidden potential in their most forward thinking women leaders and ignite a spirit of innovation, resilience and psychological safety in the workplace. I began my career as an executive coach in 2006, working with leaders and teams from around the globe. Yet I soon found something was missing—the body. This led me on a personal journey to eventually embrace the feminine side of my own leadership. Committed to walking my talk, I brought these lessons back to my clients in the corporate sector, with surprisingly positive results. Today I explores how the introduction of more diverse values into business can be a keystone to solving some of our world’s stickiest problems. I now specialize in helping leaders creatively face bottom-line challenges while combating both meaning depletion and burnout. I do this using practical embodiment tools that bridge the gap between the hard-driving logical mind and the deeper wisdom of the soul. RESULTS My clients learn how to tackle big initiatives that require them to TRULY think outside the box... and to take on these higher stakes roles WITHOUT burning themselves out. Through body-based mindfulness practices and a grounded focus on personal mission, my clients develop a dynamic, innovative and sustainable leadership style that exudes warmth, boldness, authenticity, self-awareness, excellence and a fierce sense of purpose that is contagious. Our work together also reliably improves the culture of the teams and organizations they support. HOW I WORK WITH CLIENTS I provide leadership coaching, consulting and training to leaders in the private, government and non-profit sectors. I help organizations achieve their strategic goals by focusing on root cause of obstacles, identifying untapped internal strengths, and designing programs that create lasting change. In sum, I help clients get out of their comfort zones and get to the heart of the matter. MY PASSIONS I am passionate unlocking human potential. I am also an advocate for justice, sustainability and social responsibility. In addition to coaching, training and speaking, I love to dance. Specialties: strategic facilitation, innovation, culture change, executive coaching, interview-based 360 feedback, self-awareness, embodiment, mindfulness, somatics, collaboration, team dynamics, dance, resilience and the psychology of well-being.
