I am the chief executive officer and sole shareholder of Innovative Learning Group (ILG), a company that provides learning and performance support-related services. I founded ILG in 2004, and we are headquartered in Troy, Michigan. Our core team is comprised of 13 employees, and we augment our capabilities with an extended network of proven contractors. I have more than 30 years of experience in the performance improvement industry and have consulted with numerous Fortune 1000 companies about their learning strategies and solutions. My hands-on leadership style has been the driver behind ILG's rapid growth and tremendous success. In 2018, I was named a Transformative Leader by MichBusiness. In 2016, I was named one of Michigan's Most Valuable Professionals by Corp! magazine, and ILG was named to the 2016 Inc. 5000 List of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies. In 2015, ILG was recognized as one of the Michigan 50 Companies to Watch. I have been a member of the Board of Trustees for On My Own of Michigan since 2018. Currently, I am the Treasurer of the Executive Committee, having served as the Secretary from 2020-2022. I am also a volunteer grant reviewer for the Arts & Culture Committee of Impact100 Oakland County. In 2021, I served as a LearningElite judge for Chief Learning Officer magazine’s award program.
