My professional career has alway been within IT and through several start-ups and turn-arounds combined with large enterprises, I have proven to be a strong leader with focus on Sales and People management and successfully lead organisations through tough disruptive changes and high growth expectations. I strongly believe in diversity - that different profiles together will create better results, creativity and fruitful environment. With diversity, I mean both male/female, different cultural backgrounds, education and age. I mentor several young talents today and enjoy it hugely - nothing is better than seeing others grow.
