My passion for strategic planning has been a major player for success throughout my career. With each role I take pride in my ability to drive change and innovation. I started my career in Information Technology (IT), earning a lean Six Sigma Black belt in GE Healthcare's Quality organization. The expertise I gained as an IT professional allowed me to successfully transition to field of Marketing while leveraging my technical skills. Most recently, I've pursued my passion for Diversity & Inclusion while leading strategic initiatives that have direct impact on the company's revenue. An intuitive, inclusive, and creative leader, I thrive in cross functional work environments employing stakeholder engagement to drive business results.
