Mary-Jane has a wealth of private sector planning consultancy experience, working predominantly in London and the south of England. Mary-Jane has extensive experience in all areas of the planning process, strategy and law, working on a wide variety of development schemes, investments and strategic land. Over the last decade, Mary-Jane has been involved in the planning and project management of large-scale major development schemes, managing large consultancy teams and working with private sector clients to develop strong working relationships with statutory authorities and consultees. Experience encompasses commercial planning advice to a range of developers, investors, charities, institutions, land owners and private clients on some of the most fascinating and ambitious planning projects. Specialities: Securing consents for major development proposals, including tall buildings, residential, commercial, mixed use, research and development, infrastructure, and renewable energy proposals. Additional experience in conference and leisure uses, plus Listed Building and Conservation Area proposals.
