Massimo is a retail, digital and general management professional, specialized in omni-channel strategies, with over 20 years of experience in senior management positions, board responsibilities and in start-up activities. He's now Ceo in Euronics Italy and Board Member in Euronics International Geie, one of the global leader in retail consumer electronics. He's still a non executive board member in H-Farm, the innovation platform supporting digital transformation and education, Legami and Goovi. He started his carrier in France in Groupe Mulliez as sales responsible working up to CEO of the Italian subsidiary KIABI. He joined Percassi Group in 2014 as General Manager, after 2 years in Celio as Country Manager. In Percassi he led the process of growth and internationalization of the Company own brand KIKO Milano, from the start-up to the leadership position in the beauty market, opening more than 700 stores in 9 years. He has managed partnership agreements with worldwide renowned Brands, such as Nike, Ferrari, Tommy Hilfiger, Gucci, Polo Ralph Lauren, Lego. With the role of CEO in Odissea, Percassi Family Holding, he led the acquisition of Madina and the start-up of Womo and Bullfrog. He carried out his mission signing the agreement with Starbucks for the Italian market. In september 2016 he joined Finos board of directors, Trussardi brand holding company, implementing the group expansion plan and managing the agreement with private equity fund 4R granting financial resources to implement the future business plan and a new governance. In 2017 he had the idea to launch Goovi, a new brand, working together with Michelle Hunziker and Artsana Spa. As a co-founder of Goovi, he is part of the project as board member and shareholder. In 2018 he started to work closely with Alberto Fassi on the development plan of Legami, a leading Italian designer and retailer of branded lifestyle and ''happy shopping'' products. Massimo worked in the last four years with AbMedica Group, Telbios, Genomnia, The Human Company, Legami, Bottega Verde and Euronics supporting entrepreneurs and small and medium companies, advising on corporate governance issues and in strategic business plan with high impact on innovation matters.
