Over the past two decades, I've designed and led transformation initiatives to make people and technology work together. That now sees me working as an Engagement Manager with Equal Experts. Prior to EE I established and led a programme for renowned Social Housing provider RHP to reengineer its core services and technology starting from a deep understanding of the needs of their customers. Previously I've led change and transformation of services, processes and technology at global marketing agency Imagination, Reuters and the BBC. I've also extended my experience with sideways steps into Leadership Development at Techniques for Change, into marketing at Microsoft and into change consulting with my own business Stamp London.
