My leadership experience across engineering, sales, and innovation empowers me to translate big market transitions, technical details, and business trends into relevant customer and revenue focused deliverables. I often thrive on ambiguity and love to get to the root of messy problems to best determine the most efficient path forward. Inclusive spaces that engage diverse teams for optimal success are a critical part of my value system. I'm an extended team member of Cisco’s Inclusive Futures office and recently served as the global co-lead for the LGBTQ+ employee resource organization. In that role, I led the development of formal allyship training for Cisco employees, as well as leadership development programs for LGBTQ+ employees. I'm currently driving inclusive language policy across each product organization and lead a central “inclusivity guidelines” committee for product managers. I am also a newly appointed member of Cisco's Human Rights Advisory Council.
