Over 13 years of supply chain and logistics experience in both operational leadership and analytical / project management roles in the areas of: distribution center transformation and automation, last mile optimization, highly time sensitive transportation and inventory strategy, total landed cost material sourcing and transportation RFP / RFI, international ocean / air, and parcel fulfillment optimization spaces. Operational leader of multiple large-scale operations since 2016, including a large distribution center, dedicated and last mile fleets, 24 cross dock operations, 3PL management, and transportation command and control in both domestic and international spaces. Responsible for disaster logistics and transportation, supporting natural disasters and the COVID-19 pandemic response. Out of the box, deep thinker who is comfortable solving complex problems in ambiguous or constraint heavy environments, often building processes and infrastructure for the next generational leap in capability for various operations (“Scientist’s Workshop”).
