Molly Taylor is the Chief Merchant for Saks OFF 5TH. With more than 30 years experience, Molly has a proven track-record of delivering results by fostering an inclusive and engaged work environment. As Chief Merchant, Molly oversees the merchant organization to ensure a customer-centric product vision while guiding the company’s buying decisions as it works to serve its customers along every step of their shopping journey. Molly joined Saks OFF 5TH from Century 21 where she served as Chief Merchandising Officer. Prior to Century 21, Molly spent over 10 years at Nordstrom, Inc. in roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, she served as VP, Divisional Merchandise Manager, Women’s Apparel, Nordstrom Rack. She began her merchant career journey at Macy’s. Molly is passionate about talent development and serves on the Board of Directors for the Fashion Institute of Technology Foundation, and is Co-Chair of the Fashion Institute of Technology Alumni Advisory Council.
