Currently focused on establishing and managing partnerships and projects with non-profits, other companies and civic organizations that involve innovative uses of Workday’s technology to address societal needs. Experienced product management leader, known for being a leader of high integrity, excellent execution and for building and mentoring strong product teams. I have hired and led teams of up to 55+ global product managers, building, nurturing and leading the Recruiting product management team at Workday for over 7 years - one of Workday’s highest selling and implemented products - as well as Workday's Plan to Hire team with focus on building cohesive and impactful features for our HCM customers. I love working across the organization to create collaborative and empowered teams which I believe is critical to the ongoing business success of any company. I’m a constant advocate for customer needs and enjoy bringing my team and work mates into customer discussions to help them realize they play a key role in achieving our strategic company goals.
