Having led the development of the original business case, concept designs and demonstrator homes for ilke Homes while at Keepmoat, I re-joined ilke Homes as part of the executive team and led the product design team to put the product range into production and gain the first NHBC system approval for a modular housing product. As R&D Director, I now lead ilke LABS, focused on developing step change projects as well as a number of exciting new opportunities for the business.
